It’s official. As of today, the Franchise Agreement with PickUp USA Fitness has been signed and Franchise fee has been paid. After months of phone calls and webinars with Gary, Jordan, Wayne, my lawyer, Peter, my wife, both my parents, my sister, each of my boys from my friend groups, we finally have an agreement between EXP Sports LLC and PickUp USA Fitness LLC to move forward with building and operating a PickUp USA Fitness in North Jersey.
The next step of the process is for the paperwork to be filed and project handed off to Malcolm (explanation of his role to be provided in next post). Then, together we look for locations.
